Terms of Use

By using Wolf Alone you agree to these terms.

The app

Wolf Alone gives you lessons, exercises, guided sessions and habit tracking. It is education and self-improvement software. It is not medical, psychological or financial advice, it does not diagnose or treat anything, and it is not a substitute for a professional. If you are in crisis, contact a local emergency service.

Your account

You may use the app without an account. If you create one, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think somebody else has it. One person per account.

Subscriptions

Wolf Alone Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of that point. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings; we cannot cancel it for you. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies.

What stays free

Every lesson, session and pack your chosen programme asks for is free on any plan, all the way to its last stage. We may change what else is free, but not that.

The pack

Messages go only to people who have accepted you. Nobody can be found without their @name, and nobody can send you anything until you have accepted them.

What is not allowed

There is no tolerance here for objectionable content or for abusive people. By using the pack you agree not to send, post or share any of the following, to anybody, ever:

• Sexual content, nudity, or sexual solicitation.
• Anything that sexualises a child, and any attempt to contact, groom or exploit one. Child sexual abuse and exploitation material is reported to the authorities and ends the account permanently, with no appeal.
• Hate speech, or a slur aimed at anybody's race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation.
• Harassment, bullying, stalking, or repeated contact somebody has asked to stop.
• Threats, violence, or content that glorifies either.
• Encouraging self-harm, suicide, or a disordered relationship with food or exercise.
• Illegal goods, drugs, weapons, or fraud.
• Pretending to be somebody else, or to be us.
• Spam, advertising, chain messages, or links sent to strangers.
• Anything you do not hold the rights to.

Names, usernames and profile lines are held to the same standard, and the app refuses some of this outright as you type it.

Reporting somebody, and blocking them

Every wolf and every message in the app can be reported: open their profile, or the conversation, and use Report. You can add what happened in your own words. The last of your messages with them travels with the report so a person can see it for themselves, and nothing is sent to the person you name.

We read every report within 24 hours and remove content or accounts that break these terms. If you would rather write to us, or you want to tell us about content you believe is illegal, email support@cyberistanbul.com with what you saw and where; we handle those notices in the same window, in good faith and without playing favourites.

Blocking is separate and is yours alone. Blocking a wolf removes them from your pack, stops them messaging you, and stops your @name working for them. They are not told. You can undo it from Pack → Blocked.

If we remove something you posted or suspend your account, we will tell you what was removed and why, and you can reply to that message to contest it.

Content

The lessons, exercises and audio in the app belong to us or to our licensors and are for your personal use. Do not copy, resell or republish them. Anything you write in the app stays yours.

Liability

The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited.

Ending it

You can stop at any time by deleting your account or the app. We may remove content, suspend an account, or end one outright when these terms are broken — immediately and without warning where a child, or somebody's safety, is involved.

If you got this app from the Apple App Store

These clauses are required by Apple of any developer who supplies its own agreement instead of Apple's standard one. They apply in addition to everything above.

Who this agreement is with. This agreement is between you and us alone. It is not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for Wolf Alone or its contents.

Scope of the licence. We grant you a non-transferable licence to use Wolf Alone on any Apple-branded product that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that it may be accessed by other accounts through Family Sharing or volume purchasing.

Maintenance and support. We are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for Wolf Alone. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for it.

Warranty. We are solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent they are not effectively disclaimed. If Wolf Alone fails to conform to any warranty that applies, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app to you; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to it.

Product claims. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claim you or a third party makes relating to Wolf Alone or your possession and use of it, including product liability claims, any claim that it fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and any claim arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.

Intellectual property. If a third party claims that Wolf Alone infringes its intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.

Legal compliance. By using Wolf Alone you represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a terrorist-supporting country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Third-party terms. You must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement when using Wolf Alone.

Apple as third-party beneficiary. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement, and upon your acceptance of it Apple has the right, and is deemed to have accepted the right, to enforce it against you as a third-party beneficiary.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
