Wolf Alone is a self-improvement app: lessons drawn from books, guided sessions, speed drills and habit tracking, arranged into a path that opens one step at a time.
Get in touch
Email support@cyberistanbul.com and we answer within two business days. Tell us your device and iOS or Android version, and what you were doing when it went wrong.
Reporting abuse
In the app, open the wolf's profile or your conversation with them and tap Report. Holding a message reports that message in particular. You can block somebody at the same time, which removes them from your pack, stops them messaging you and stops your @name working for them — they are not told, and you can undo it from Pack → Blocked.
You do not need the app to reach us. Email support@cyberistanbul.com with what you saw and where. Every report is read within 24 hours and we remove content or accounts that break the Terms of Use. Anything sexualising a child is reported to the authorities and ends the account permanently.
Restore a subscription
If you paid and the app does not show Pro, open the paywall and tap Restore at the top right. That asks the store what you own and re-applies it. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you paid with.
Manage or cancel
Subscriptions are handled by the store, not by us. On iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android open the Play Store → profile → Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end.
Delete your account
In the app open Profile → Your account → Delete account. Your account leaves immediately and everything stored against it on our servers is erased 30 days later; signing in inside that window brings it all back, and after it nothing remains. See the full page on deleting your account. Deleting an account does not cancel a subscription — do that in the store, as above.
Your data
What we collect and why is set out in the Privacy Policy. The rules for using the app are in the Terms of Use.
One thing the app is not
It is education software. It is not medical, psychological or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for a professional. If you are in crisis, contact a local emergency service.
