Wolf Alone

Privacy Policy

Last updated 22 August 2026

Wolf Alone is built to work without knowing who you are. This page says exactly what it stores, where, why, and for how long.

What stays on your phone

Nearly everything. Your lessons, sessions, drills, habits, check-ins, streaks, notes, highlights, money entries and settings are written to your device. Deleting the app deletes them.

What reaches our server

An anonymous account is created on first use so the app can talk to the server at all. It is a number and a token; it carries no name and no email.

All of it is used to run the app and nothing else. None of it is used to advertise to you and none of it is used to track you.

How long we keep it

Your account and everything attached to it are kept while the account exists, and are deleted when you delete it. Messages and their attachments are kept until you or the person you sent them to deletes the account. Push tokens are dropped when the notification service reports the device is gone. Nothing is kept as a backup copy after deletion.

Who else touches it

Two services, both acting for us and neither free to use your data for its own purposes:

Nothing is sold. Nothing is shared with a data broker or an advertising network. There is no analytics SDK in this app.

Purchases

Subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple or Google. We never see your card. The app asks the store whether a subscription is active and is told yes or no; no payment detail reaches us.

Deleting everything, and changing your mind

In the app: Profile → Your account → Delete account. That removes your account, your profile, your friendships, your messages and every picture and voice note you uploaded, permanently and without a waiting period. It cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — do that in your Apple ID or Google Play settings.

You can withdraw permission for anything you granted separately at any time, in your phone's own settings: turn off notifications, revoke access to your photos or microphone, or delete the app entirely. The app keeps working without any of them, apart from the parts that need them.

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected, write to support@cyberistanbul.com.

Children

Wolf Alone is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect, the app will say so before the change takes effect.
